S.F.M. Group organized an all day event in V.I.P. Lounge,
D.B. Mall, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal. Main attractions of the event were the Success
party of Sateliite City situated opposite Indian Institute of Science Education
& Research (I.I.S.E.R.) and School of Planning & Architecture (S.P.A.),
Gram Bhauri, Bhopal, and pre – launching programme of Aero Park situated near
Aero City – 2 Commercial Hub Mubarakpur, & International Airport,
Narsinghgarh Road, Gram Mubarakpur, Bhopal, and Silver Valley situated near
Prince Town, Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (I.I.S.E.R.),
Integrated Police Training Institute,
and School of Planning & Architecture (S.P.A.), Gram Bhauri,
Rasuliya Pathaar, Bhopal. Over 1000 invitation cards were given to respected
clients of the group and 80000 pamphlets were distributed in Bhopal through
newspaper inserts. Banner, Standees, and Brochures were printed and placed at
the venue. Over 500 people attended the
event and over 20 plots were booked in Aero Park, 3 plots were booked in
Satellite City, and 1 plot was booked in Silver Valley. Arrangements were made
for refreshments (snacks for more than 500 people from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.)
and dinner (for more than 500 people from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.) by the S.F.M.
Group for the clients and S.F.M. Group marketing team members. The event ended
around 11:30 p.m., and S.F.M. Group presentation through marketing material
made a huge impact on the clients. Hence, the event was successful.
